DIOTEC presenta nuevos productos: BCP53-16 PNP Power Transistor en SOT-223

El BCP53-16 es el primer miembro de una nueva familia de transistores de potencia en paquete SOT-223. Este transistor PNP cuenta con una disipación de potencia de hasta 1.3W, una corriente de colector continua de -1A y una tensión de emisor de colector máxima de -80V. La ganancia de corriente continua varía de 100 a 250.

Se puede usar para propósitos generales de conmutación y amplificación en necesidades de mayor potencia, como reguladores de voltaje o corriente. El complementario tipo NPN se denomina BCP56-16

TDK mejora sus filtros EMC LeaXield. Minimización de corrientes de fuga a tierra hasta 1 A

TDK Corporation (TSE: 6762) anuncia que ha rediseñado y mejorado el filtro de corriente de fuga activa Leaxield ™ de EPCOS, una solución única que es capaz de minimizar las corrientes de fuga a tierra en sistemas de variadores basados en convertidores. LeaXield está diseñado para aplicaciones en unidades de velocidad variable como las de máquinas herramienta, bombas, compresores, sistemas de transporte y otros dispositivos conectables. En estos sistemas, las corrientes de fuga a tierra agregadas pueden hacer que los RCD (dispositivos de corriente residual) se disparen en su umbral. Como resultado, los RCD no son utilizables.

LeaXield está disponible para corrientes de carga de hasta 50 A a una frecuencia nominal de 50/60 Hz y voltajes de fase a fase de hasta 520 V AC. El filtro de corriente de fuga activa se conecta entre el RCD y el filtro de entrada EMC del convertidor en las redes de energía trifásica TN trifásica y no requiere una fuente de alimentación adicional. LeaXield puede utilizarse para corrientes de fuga a tierra de hasta 1 A y puede compensar efectivamente las corrientes de fuga en un amplio rango espectral de 150 Hz a aproximadamente 30 kHz.

LeaXield acopla una corriente de desplazamiento de fase de 180° con una amplitud idéntica a la corriente de fuga de las fases respectivas y la devuelve a la fuente. Esto evita que las corrientes de fuga fluyan a través del RCD y se disparen involuntariamente, lo que aumenta la disponibilidad de la planta.

Gracias a su diseño compacto, LeaXield también es adecuado para la modernización de instalaciones existentes. Como no se requiere una fuente de alimentación externa y el gasto de instalación es mínimo.

Inverted Thru-Board(ITB) connectors join the BUCHANAN WireMate family from TE Connectivity (TE), specially designed for use in linear and circular LED modules found in all sorts of commercial and industrial lighting systems. The unique headers enable power delivery from the underside of the PCB and LED arrays, eliminating top-surface wire management issues. With their easy-to-use poke-in and wire release features, the new connectors help shorten installation time and provide extra flexibility for reuse and wire replacement. The reduced profile of the connector takes only 2mm in height above the PCB top surface while horizontal wire insertion minimizes space usage beneath the PCB. The connectors are modular in design, available for up to five wire connections and in different colors to help installers avoid mistakes when inserting wires. The connectors conform to the UL 1977 standard for component connectors for use in data, signal, control and power applications.

BATTU DUAL WALL HEAT SHRINK TUBING FOR POWER CABLES

TE Connectivity (TE) introduces its new BATTU heat shrink tubing. This flame-retardant, adhesive-lined tubing is made from a polyolefin jacket with a thermoplastic adhesive inner wall. It is specifically designed for power cable to terminal applications in harsh environments, such as battery cables in industrial and commercial vehicles. It provides excellent electrical isolation, mechanical protection and moisture-resistance. This semi-rigid tubing also offers a degree of strain relief, and it withstands operating temperatures up to 130°C. BATTU tubing has an approximate 2:1 shrink ratio, and has been optimized in size for fast application to speed production. Standard sizes accommodate typical power cables from 16-120mm2 (6AWG to 4/0 AWG). Additionally, it is provided in convenient cut lengths to help prevent splitting that might result from improper cutting on the plant floor. Offered in black, red, orange and yellow, it supports color coding and identification.
